药物辅助在线+实验课程
The PG电子APP Medication Aide Online + Lab course prepares students to provide routine medication by oral, 吸入, topical and instillation routes under the direct supervision of a caretaker or licensed health care professional. Common work environments for certified medication aides include nursing homes, 辅助生活中心, intermediate care facilities for the mentally disabled, 学校, 儿童保育机构或病人之家.
The Medication Aide Online + Lab course provides more than 40 hours of instruction and hands-on clinical skills practice related to the competencies set forth by the 内raska Department of 健康 and Human Services required for medication administration.
This is a non-credit 专业发展 course. 不提供大学学分.
先决条件
前提条件如下:
- 18岁或以上.
- Able to read, write, speak and understand English.
- 具备基本的数学能力.

It is highly recommended that individuals complete the 护理助理课程 在开始药物辅助课程之前.

"Medication Aide Training 2017, Fourth Edition" Textbook is included in the course tuition.
费用
$335 payable by cash, money order, or credit card (VISA, MC, Discover) at the time of registration.

成功完成的要求
- Attendance at lab and competency assessment is mandatory.
- A minimum of 40 hours participating in the Medication Aide online course is required. The amount of time spent online participated is recorded by the learning management system.
- A grade of 80% or better on all unit tests and the final exam is required to pass.
- Satisfactorily demonstrate all required skills, competencies, and basic routes in lab session.
- A score of 70% or better on the written and skills competency assessments is required to pass.
Requirements for placement on the 内raska Medication Aide Registry
- Successfully complete of the PG电子APP Medication Aide course as stated above.
- Submit the Application for Medication Aide Registration with appropriate fee to DHHS.
- Pass an approved 内raska State Medication Aide Written Exam.

取消政策 & 退款信息
If you cannot attend the course you registered for, you must fill out a 下降/取消表单. 文书工作必须完成, signed and returned to the 专业发展 office before you can officially drop the course. You will be responsible for paying the course fee if you do not drop/cancel within the cancellation guidelines. The drop/cancellation refund schedule is as follows:
- 下降/取消表单 received five or more business days prior to the class start date will receive a refund minus a 10 percent withdrawal fee.
- 下降/取消表单 received four or less business days prior to the class start date will receive no refund.
- A refund is not provided nor is a transfer allowed for failure to participate or not meeting course completion requirements.
- All refunds will be sent to the payee address on file within 60 days.
- If course fee was paid with a credit card, a refund is issued to the same credit card.
